Requirements:

• Must have practical experience and a strong interest in the health/wellness or related field. 
• Certification with ACE, ACSM, or other approved nationally accredited organizations preferred. 
• Must have and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications. 
• Must be alert and aware of signs of exercise-induced distress. 
• In good physical condition to instruct participants. 
• Ability to think independently and develop personal training plans. 
• Ability to adjust to a variety of fitness levels and be able to offer modifications if needed. 
• Must understand and contribute to the mission of the YMCA to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. 
• Various training times available. 
• $15 + / hour possible.  
• Accepting applications on an ongoing basis.
