LES MILLS LAUNCH: Saturday October 5th

LES MILLS Launch:
This event takes place 8:00am - 11:00am on Saturday, October 5th in Studio #1. There will be three 45-minute classes for you to pick from; you can pick and choose what you want to try-or take all three! There will be snacks, music & fun instructors to add to the general merriment of the Launch Party. There are a limited number of spots so please pre-register ahead of time by stopping by or calling the front desk @ (518) 793-3878.
Labor Day Holiday Hours: Sept 2nd 8am-2pm

In recognition of Labor Day, the YMCA is adjusting its hours on September 2nd to 8-2pm. What Day Is Labor Day? Labor Day is on the first Monday of September every year and is a national holiday in the US. It has its origins in the labor movement and is a day to celebrate American workers. People celebrate Labor Day with picnics, sports events, and street parades. The American football season begins on—or around—Labor Day.
