At the Family YMCA of Glens Falls, we are committed to creating a stronger, healthier community where people from all walks of life come to learn, grow, and thrive. Here, individuals battling chronic diseases regain their strength, balance, and confidence through specialized programs; working parents find peace of mind knowing their children are in a safe, nurturing environment before and after school; and new friendships are forged through a welcoming community for all.
The wide array of programs, services, and care that the YMCA offers are made possible thanks to the generous donations to our Annual Campaign each year. Contributions to the Y go directly to supporting members in financial need, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can maintain their health and happiness at the YMCA.
In 2024, the Glens Falls YMCA provided $115,570 in financial assistance, offering affordable memberships, childcare, and programming for those in need. These funds have supported thousands of individuals—including working parents, children, and members in crisis—on their journey to health and wellness.
However, our mission is far from complete. With our recent integration into the Saratoga Regional YMCA, we now proudly serve as one of its six branches across Saratoga, Washington, and Warren counties. This expansion means a greater reach and a larger community to uplift. To achieve this, we rely on the unwavering generosity of our donors.
