Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Advanced Cycling - Join us for a fun and friendly indoor cycling class. The benefits of cycling are immense: generate stronger heart and lung capacity; lessens the chance of incurring coronary artery disease; build up legs; improve blood pressure, balance and coordination.

Advanced Deep Water Workout - An advanced water workout class that stays in the deep end. This class focuses on really feeling the burn! Using water weights and noodles interchangeably to help with deep end exercises. Enjoy strengthening your whole body and improving your range of motion through deep water exercising.

Aqua HIIT- In this intermediate aquatics class you will work throughout the whole pool, starting in the shallow end then moving to the deep end. You will work your major muscle groups helping to improve range of motion and usable strength.

Aqua Workout- A great aquatics class for stretching and strengthening at the same time while improving range of motion. This is a whole-body work that moves from the shallow end to the deep end. Welcoming to all skill levels. Come in a try it today!

BODYCOMBAT - A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness while releasing stress. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Please bring water and a mat.

BODYPUMP - A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. The instructors will guide you through the scientifically-proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! Please bring water and a mat.

BODYSTEP- Get ready to step up your fitness game with BODYSTEP! This energizing cardio workout combines fun choreography with a step platform for a heart-pumping experience that improves your coordination, strengthens your legs, and tones your entire body.

Chair Zumba - Zumba Gold Seated - For those with mobility or balance issues. Easy to follow Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Toning choreography, adapted for fun, active chair aerobic exercise!

Core Fusion - A core-based workout that uses athletic principles to build stability and strength as well as endurance focusing on abdominal muscles, glutes, hips, and shoulders.

Chair Yoga - Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and renew your spirit. This class is ideal for Active Older Adults and participants in need of a seated class. Please bring your own towel and water

Cycling - Cycling to motivating music will challenge and strengthen your cardiovascular system! Please bring water and towel.

Cycling & Squats - Cycling while listening to motivating music! Do some squats off the bike in the second half of class to strengthen your legs even more. This class is meant to challenge and strengthen your cardiovascular system. Don’t forget to bring a towel and a water bottle.


Gentle Yoga -This gentle yoga class combines breath, movement and poses in a relaxed, therapeutic atmosphere. Please bring your own mat and don't stress, just do your best!

Pilates - This class is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body, focusing on your Power House (abs, back, and glutes). Slow controlled movements are used to sculpt and shape to give you long lean muscles, improve posture, increase balance, and control, correct muscle imbalance, and develop mental focus.   

Retro Fit -  This introductory class utilizes a variety of aerobic activities for beginning exercisers. Each class consists of 30 minutes of cardio; 30 minutes of strength training with bands, weights and medicine balls; concluding with core exercises and stretching. This is a beginner level class, but all are welcome

Retro Step - A  45-minute cardio class with repeating patterns on the step. Have fun stepping to the beat while you work your legs and lungs!

Rise & Stretch - Wake up & find length, calm, strength & enhanced flexibility with Rise & Stretch. We’ll incorporate yoga postures as well as traditional stretching moves to maximize the benefits such as stress relief, enhance posture, increase flexibility & muscle strength & improve circulation. End the work week & begin the weekend with much needed time to unwind & focus on you. Please bring a mat & water for this 45 min class.

RPM™ - A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Silver Sneakers – Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and renew your spirit. This class is for Active Older Adults and participants in need of a seated class.   

Silver Sneakers BOOM MOVE - A standing cardio workout, featuring simple low impact, dance choreography, using many styles of music from different era’s and genres. You’ll get a great workout while having fun! 

Stability & Mobility - Class begins with some big movements to warm up your muscles. The "stability" part of class utilizes bands to work the muscles in your upper and lower body. Class ends with the mobility portion which includes stretching and holding positions.

Supercharge - High intensity strength training circuits utilizing a barbells, hand-held weights and stability balls to build muscles burn fat and strengthen your bones and joints.  

Turn Up Dance - If you love Zumba, then try this class! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Boost your energy, and get a serious dose of awesome by the end of each class!

Yoga Flow - Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and renew your spirit through breath and movement. This class explores creatively sequenced postures through a vigorous vinyasa flow to develop both strength and flexibility. Come experience our dynamic team of yoga instructors and the unique style and flavor presented by each.

Yoga For Everyone - This is a "no flow" class, with an emphasis on alignment. Move slowly through floor, seated and standing poses, and learn variations to suit your physical level. Includes breathwork and deep relaxation. ( Props available or bring your own, plus bring a large towel). 

Yoga Strength - Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and renew your spirit through your breath and movement. This class explores creatively sequenced postures through a vigorous vinyasa flow to develop both strength and flexibility. Please don’t forget to bring a towel and water bottle. Yoga mat heavily suggested but some may be provided. 

Yin Yoga - Based on elements of traditional Chinese philosophy, this class wll provide a safe guided practice where participants can access a relaxing meditative state. A passive practice, yin yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia

Zumba® - Zumba is a fitness program based on Latin-inspired dance and aerobic movements made for all levels!

Zumba® Gold - The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Perfect for active older adults or beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. 

ZUMBA® Toning - Rockin Party. Rock Hard Body. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba® Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
