In 2014, I made some drastic differences in my lifestyle, most notable was developing a passion for exercise. The Y’s programs made such a difference in my life that I decided I wanted to be a trainer too. I wanted to pass on my love of fitness to others. I truly enjoy helping others find the amazing benefits exercise provides. Whether you need help to stay on track for weight loss, your doctor told you that exercise would help your health condition, or just the accountability, I can help you. And better yet, we will have fun doing it. One of the things I love about the Y is how welcoming it is. No one wants to feel intimidated. My goal is to make exercise fun even though it's challenging and that you will feel comfortable with the process.
I have trained men & women from age 11- 82. It's never the wrong time to get healthy. We can work around “bad knees” or a “bum shoulder”,so don’t use it as an excuse. Get started today.

In high school, I was super into fitness. I was very competitive and enjoyed the pushup and sit up challenges, sports, and I was always trying to beat my personal record for my mile time. That quickly changed when I became a mom. I struggled with postpartum depression and during that trial, I lost my passion for all the things I loved. My focus became on surviving. One evening, on a whim, I was looking up fitness related information, and I stumbled upon the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) website. I dove in head first, determined to find myself. I did. Now, I am determined to help others meet their personal health and wellness goals, just like I am doing. There is no better time than now. Let's do this, together.
