How to set-up online account

Online Account Access

If you are a current YMCA facility or program member, you may access your account online. The process to set up your online account is simple and should take less than five minutes.

Set up an Online Account
  1. Click here to get started.
  2. On the top right of the page click the 'Login' button
  3. In the middle box, click the gray "Find Account" button.
  4. On the next screen, please enter your last name, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and zip code. Click "submit."
  5. When prompted, enter the email address on file with your membership. An email will then be sent to that email address to reset/change password. PLEASE NOTE: Every adult on a membership who would like online access must have an email address and date of birth on file with the Y to complete the online account setup.
  6. If you experience problems setting up online access, please email us at info@glensfallsymca.org with your first and last name, date of birth and email address you would like on file with us or call or stop by the Y so we can help you.
  7. Troubleshooting Information- If you are having trouble retrieving your account info, please try another birthday and/or last name associated with the account until you are successful. If that does not work, please call us during our regular business hours to verify your email information at 518-793-3878. Thank you for your patience.
