Get in the game with our youth sports programs! Improve your skills, be active, make new friends and learn to love sports at the YMCA! 

Parent-Child Soccer – Ages 2-3 with an Adult

This is the perfect opportunity to introduce soccer and bond with your child while having fun learning about Basketball and Soccer.  This class will begin to teach your child about the basics of the sport while developing their motor skills and having fun.

Tiny Tots Sports – Ages 3-5

The Y’s Tiny Tots sports program gives children the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of sports while participating in a social and welcoming environment.  Without scores or referees, the children are able to learn basic skills without pressure.  Tiny Tots classes develop the motor skills of over 100 children every session!  We offer Tiny Tots throughout the year in the following sports: Soccer, Foot Ball, Basketball and Tee-ball.

Floor Hockey – Ages 5-9

The Floor Hockey Clinic is a beginner to intermediate level class for children ages 5-9.  During the sessions participants will learn how to hold the stick, move the puck and how to correctly play hockey.

Basketball Skill Development & Soccer Skill Development – Ages 6-8

Take your game to the next level with our Skill Development Classes.  These classes are a great way to grow your child's skills in the sport of basketball or soccer.  This 45 minute class will focus on fine tuning skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting as well as growing speed and agility.

Martial Arts at the Y

Class focuses on developing self-control, respect for others, & a positive attitude while teaching basic techniques of the martial arts.

    • Little Dragons – Ages 5-7 years old

    • Shito Ryu –

      • This is a form of Karate that was focuses on strength building, breathing power, and emphasizes the five rules of defense. Our karate class gives people patience, discipline, and focuses on maintaining good form.

      • For White, Orange and Yellow Belts - Ages 8 years and older

      • For Green Belts and higher – Ages 8 years and older
