Member Services and Team Leader

Member Service Representatives, under the direct supervision of the Member Experience Coordinator, is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening to and understanding member needs, developing relationships with members, and being knowledgeable about programs and services throughout the Y. Member Service staff must have a passion for providing an exceptional member experience. Responsible for member service, processing membership and program registrations, and presenting a positive attitude toward the YMCA, its staff, and its programs. 

Multiple shifts available.


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced front desk environment.
  • Obtain/maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Comfortable and confident in dealing with the general public.
  • Must have friendly personality, good communication and computer skills.
  • Customer service experience required; reception or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must understand and contribute to the mission of the YMCA to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

Shifts available include:                                                                                                                                                           

Mornings and evening as well as Weekend shifts available.
