Introduction to Youth Strength & Conditioning
(ages 8-9) – Instr. Stephanie
Youth will be introduced to the basics of strength training & conditioning utilizing the Youth Fitness Room.
Day(s): Monday & Wednesday 4:30-5:15pm
Fees: Member $13 / Non-Member $28
Youth Strength I (ages 10-13) – Instr. Stephanie
This program promotes sound principles of strength training, aerobic endurance & muscular conditioning.
Day(s): Tuesday & Thursday 4:30-5:15pm
Fee s: Member $13 / Non-Member $28
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
For boys & girls, ages 12-17. This sports conditioning class will focus on speed and agility to
produce athletes capable of running faster and jumping higher. This is a high intensity class.
We will work on footwork drills, ladder work, cones, elastic bands and abdominals.
Get prepared for Fall Sports!
