Noontime Basketball League (NBA)
If you enjoy basketball and have your lunch time free—join the NBA today! Players are adult members of the Y. The program format is organized games of pick-up basketball.

50 and Over Basketball League
Pick-up games for anyone 50 and over.

Monday Night Open Basketball
Anyone out of high school is eligible. League offers game jerseys, referees and scorekeeper. Games are played at the YMCA. Must sign up as a team.

Wednesday 30 & Over Basketball League
Looking for more than a pickup basketball game and know some friends who like to play? If you are over 30, this league is for you! Must sign up as a team.

Racquetball/Handball
The use of the racquetball courts is free to members of the Y and a day pass is required for the General Public. Glens Falls YMCA members can reserve a court up to 24 hours in advance.
