Cardio-Kick boxing - Instructor Carol
A great stress reliever. Enjoy a fun low to mid impact aerobics while using elements of kick boxing.  A muscle toning and core conditioning segment included.

Turbulence Training aka: Interval Training – Instructor Lynsey
Intervals of aerobics alternating with intervals of strength utilizing dumbbells, bands, isometrics, medicine/stability balls, body bars and your own resistance. Great whole body workout. Intervals can be modified or intensified to be a superior workout for all fitness levels.

Happy Hour – Instructor Daniah

If you like variety then this is the class for you.  Three different work outs in one week. Each day offering a different component of fitness.  Cardio, Strength and Flexibility.  Will be adjusted in intensity to fit all participants.

S.O.S. (aka: Saturday Sampler) Instructor - Lynsey
 A 50 minute non-stop high intensity, low impact Step aerobics class ending with 5 minutes of abdominal work.

Muscle Works (aka: sculpt & shape) – Instructor Melissa
Monday & Wednesday get a muscle-toning workout using dumbbells and resistance bands energized with short bursts of cardio.  Then finish up on Friday with circuit training with a variety of stations of toning and cardio.  Sure to leave you breathless

Get on the Ball (aka: stability ball) - Instructor Carol
This class begins with an aerobic warm-up, then a full body workout using the stability ball, with emphasis on your abs and lower back. The purpose is to strengthen your “core”, helping you develop greater stability and balance, while firming and toning your entire body.

Chisel (aka: Tone & Trim) – Instructor Melissa
 No aerobics! Just pure toning & trimming. This class will offer a safe and correct way to tone and trim, as well as gain muscle strength. 50 minutes of full body resistant training suitable for all fitness levels.

Morning Combo (aka: step/sculpt) (Intermediate/Advance) - Instructor Fay
This class starts with a lengthy stretching warm-up, followed by a step aerobic workout. Body sculpting is incorporated with the use of weights and bands. The workout ends with a cool-down designed to relax your entire body.

Fit PumpInstructor Corie Appealing to both men and women from the beginner to the experienced exerciser.  Fitpump is a group motivational class focusing on developing muscular strength and endurance.  Use of special choreographed music, weighted bars, dumbbells and bands.

Drums Alive™ - Instructor Carol  **NEW**                    
A class that combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythms of the drums.  A powerful class for stress reduction and mental balance working the entire body, mind and spirit!  Break the rules, open the door and enter the new dimension of wellness.

For The Beginner

Ready to be Fit - Fay (am)\ Kathleen B. (pm)

An introductory class utilizing to a variety of aerobic activities for beginning exercises.  Each class consists of:  25 min of cardio; 25 mins of strength training with bands, weights and medicine balls; concluding with core exercises and stretching.  This is a beginner level class, but all are welcome to come in to add more variety to your workout.

For those who need to take things slow, this class will provide a relaxed and social environment in which to learn about exercise and fitness.  Through the use of exercise stations you will improve your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength, and balance.  All the while getting to know other people with the same interests.

This class incorporates a blend of traditional Aerobics and Gliding™ finishing with a segment of Pilates all in one class.   A great way to try a new class or take an old favorite.

Hip Hop Hustle- Rian & Sysser

Are you ready for another make you sweat workout? For decades, everyone has loved “the Hustle.” Well we’ve gone a step further and have brought you the Hip Hop Hustle™! This class takes the fun factor up a notch with super hot moves that will have everyone wanting more! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! Impossible you say? Not for us! This class is a completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that’s easy to follow Which by the way is even better because anyone can do the moves and make them their own!

Activate You

This is a 12 week program for new or returning health seekers who are trying to make diet and exercise a regular part of their routine.  You will be set up with a Fitness Coach who will track your individual progress.  As well as have group meetings with a Registered Dietician.

Jab & Kick Aerobics - Sysser
Advance cardio-boxing class. High energy, non-complex combinations finishing with a segment of abdominal work.

Wake-up Call For All (aka Step Aerobics) (Intermediate) - Julie

Designed to challenge participants with low to mid-intensity step aerobics. Sometimes we double it! (Light weights and bands for toning, stretching throughout the class.) Class can be adjusted in intensity to suit all abilities.

Steptastic (aka: step plus more) (Intermediate/Advanced) - Kathleen
This 50 minutes of non stop  step will meet any seasoned stepper’s need for exciting new ideas in choreography.  You will explore tap free stepping, combination breakdown and complex patterns. This high intensity, low impact workout burns calories and reduces stress on your joints by using a step instead of bouncing.

Sizzling Circuit – Melissa     *New 

Designed especially for busy members this circuit style class has resistance training and keeps your heart-rate up for optimum fat burning.  Throw in some stretching at the end and you get a total body workout in just 45 minutes!

Fusion Fitness(aka: Sunday Combo) 90 minute class (Intermediate/Advanced)                 

Various Instructors- This class will offer 60 minutes of cardio exercise which may include Hi-Low aerobics Cardio-box, gliding, Hip-Hop, aerobic dance Concluding with 30 minutes sculpting, core work or Pilates.

Pilates (Beginner/ Intermediate/Advanced) Lynsey & Fay
This class is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body, focusing on your Power House (abs, back & glutes). Slow controlled movements are used to sculpt and shape to give you long lean muscles, improve posture, increase balance & control, correct muscle imbalance and develop mental focus.

Yoga-lates – Lynae and Charlie     

This class is a fusion of the ancient discipline of yoga mixed with the modern techniques of Pilates.  Yoga-lates will utilize meditative, full body flexibility and weight loss elements of yoga, with the muscle strengthening and toning of Pilates.  Great for all fitness levels.

Sit and be FitLisa                                                                                                                                     Take a seat and shape up while sitting down.  A 30 minute fun no impact class set to music for both active people and those whose physical condition is restricted. Increase flexibility, circulation, improve posture and concentration, tone muscles.  Enhance the quality of life! (TH @ 11:30)

Ageless Wonders: Senior Cycle - Janelle       *NEW                                                                                          Cycle back in time with the likes of Tony Bennett, Perry Como, Mel Torme’ and the great B.B. King.  Then cool down and relax with a little Miss Fitzgerald and Rosemary Clooney.

Family Group Time

Fit with Baby –  Daniah & Lisa                                                                                              Can’t find time to exercise since the baby came?  Then…bring the baby (up to 18 months).  This class will combine 45 minutes of strength & toning exercises followed with 30 minutes of parenting networking offering tips on nutrition, baby issues and stress management.  Bring your stroller and your bundle of joy!

Family Circus Circle -                                                          
What do you get when you make a circle and combine it with lots of smiles and giggles?    A family circle full of fun with all kinds of interactive, creative movements.  Ages 18 months-3 years with parent.

For boys & girls, ages 12-17. This sports conditioning class will focus on speed and agility to produce athletes capable of running faster and jumping higher. This is a high intensity class.  We will work on footwork drills, ladder work, cones, elastic bands and abdominals.  Get prepared for Fall Sports!

Yoga – Jane Welch
An ancient and complete system of self-development and holistic health, yoga offers toning, stretching, and relaxation of the body; calming of the mind; and strengthening of the inner self. Come prepared: Large beach towel, blanket and/or mat, and wear comfortable clothing.

Increase your flexibility in this program which is also designed to increase self-confidence and self-discipline while improving your fitness level and having fun! The program is designed for beginner through advanced levels.

 In this course you will learn the basic Qi Gong postures, movements and breath work. These techniques have many benefits for health and well being including flexibility, stress reduction and balance. In this course, you will also begin learning the first movements of the Yang style Tai Chi form.

Women on Weights – Melissa
This group strength training class designed for women to learn the basics of weight training in a non-completive atmosphere. A certified personal trainer will instruct class in the weight room.  Size is limited.
