Step aerobics for all (Intermediate) – Julie

You’re never too young or too old to come have fun with this low to mild intensity aerobic workout, including body toning with bands and light weights. End with an abdominal workout that takes you to a relaxing mind and body cool down.

Interval Training (All Fitness Levels) – Lynsey

Cardio intervals using the step, kick boxing. and low impact aerobics followed by strength intervals utilizing dumbbells, bands, isometrics, medicine balls and your own resistance. Great whole body workout. Intervals can be modified or intensified to be a superior workout for all fitness levels.

Step Plus More (Intermediate/Advanced) – Kathleen S.

This high intensity, low impact workout burns calories and reduces stress on your joints by using a step instead of bouncing. Weights and floor work included.

Ready To Be Fit (Beginner)

An introductory class utilizing to a variety of aerobic activities for beginning exercises.  Each class consists of:  25 mins of cardio; 25 mins of strength training with bands, weights and medicine balls; concluding with core exercises and stretching.  This is a beginner level class, but all are welcome to come in to add more variety to your workout.

Tone & Trim (All Fitness Levels) – Melissa

A safe and correct way to tone and trim, as well as gain muscle strength. Suitable for any fitness level.

Pilates – Lynsey & Fay G.

This class is designed to tone and sculpt your entire body, focusing on your Power House (abs, back & glutes). Slow controlled movements are used to sculpt and shape to give you long lean muscles, improve posture, increase balance & control, correct muscle imbalance and develop mental focus.

Box Aerobics (Intermediate/Advanced) – Sysser

High and low impact cardio-boxing. Class ends with a strength and toning segment.

Step/sculpt (Beginner/Intermediate) – Fay G.

This class starts with a lengthy stretching warm-up, followed by a basic step aerobic workout. Body sculpting is incorporated with the use of weights and bands. The workout ends with a cool-down designed to relax your entire body.

Cardio-Kickboxing (All Fitness Levels) – Carol

A great stress reliever. Enjoy a fun low to mid impact aerobics while using elements of kick boxing. A muscle toning and center-body conditioning segment included.

AEROBIC DANCE (Beginner) – Sharron

Exciting low-impact, choreographed dance exercise class designed for all levels. 

This energized program offers easy-to-follow routines designed to increase heart and lung function and improve muscular endurance and conditioning.  Hand Weights and floor mats are used for stretching/body toning segment of the class.  Join the fun!

Saturday step (All Fitness Levels) – Lynsey

This 60-minute class combines 45 minutes of high intensity, low impact step aerobics with 15 minutes of toning and floor work.

Stability Ball For All (All Fitness Levels) – Carol

This class begins with an aerobic warm-up, then a full body workout, with mphasis on your abs and lower back. The purpose is to strengthen your “core”, helping you develop greater stability and balance, while firming and toning your entire body.  (Remove the part that says to bring your own stability ball)

FAMILY WORKOUT (Beginner) – Jill G.

Class designed so that parent & child can workout together.  Ages 8-14 for child participants.

SIT and Be FIT
A 30 minute fun, no impact class set to music for those who are
able bodied and those who are physically challenged.
Increase flexibility, circulation, improve posture & concentration,
tone muscles all while sitting in a chair or your wheelchair.

WALKING Clubs (Drop-In for a short walk or stay the whole time.)
Silver Stride – A walking group for active older adults. Our volunteer, Joanne P., will help motivate you to keep that heart rate up while walking around our indoor track or on nice days, the outdoor track.
Day(s): Monday/Wednesday/Friday; 11am-12pm.


Mommy & Me – Bring along your little one (2 months to 5 years). Strollers are
welcome! Come meet other Moms.

Keep fit and have fun with your family playing a friendly game of kickball.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong – Instructor Mark Tolstrup

This course is designed to get you started.  In this course you will learn the basic Qi Gong postures, movements and breath work. These techniques have many benefits for health and well being including flexibility, stress reduction and balance. In this course, you will also begin learning the first movements of the Yang style Tai Chi form.
