Level UP -

Intermediate to Advanced Levels, Ages 14+. Fee: $150 (Members only)
Join forces with our team of specialized trainers and coaches equipped with the knowledge and experience to drive you to a higher level of fitness, strength and education that is personally aligned with your goals. This brand new program was developed to push you harder through an 8 week curriculum consisting of a weekly classroom session followed by an intense group workout designed exclusively for our LEVEL UP participants. Classes include topics such as the importance of exercise variation and cross-training for performance, meal prep, basic nutrition, human anatomy and physiology, the mind-body connection and behind the scenes tips. Women on Weights -This group strength training class designed for women to learn the basics of free weights.

Personal Training -These 60 minute private sessions are great for those searching for extra guidance on how to create and commit to a health & wellness plan.  Whether you are searching to lose weight/tone up, work on athletic performance, or train for that first 5k Our Certified Instructors will work with you at your own pace to develop a plan!

Forever Strong - Referral based membership designed for adult cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Our goal is to help cancer survivors during their recovery at the Family YMCA of the Glens Falls Area.  We offer a three month referral Family Fitness Locker Room Membership for those in recovery from the C.R.Wood Cancer Center of the Glens Falls Hospital.  The membership includes all the benefits that those with a Family Membership receive for the discounted price of $25.00.  Please contact Steve Butler, Membership Experience and Marketing Director for more details.

Win By Losing - The Win By Losing Program will kick off a BRAND NEW format soon! Participants are eligible to take part in a weekly full group workout as well as one small group training per week. Full Group workouts are scheduled on Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm. Small Group Training sessions will be offered Tuesday- Friday on a sign-up basis and times will vary. Weekend options may be available. There will be monthly Support & Share Meetings as well as monthly Nutritional classes. Weigh-ins will be on Fridays. At the program Kick-Off Meeting we will take initial measurements, explain the details the new features and benefits, and more! Time and room to be determined. Please be prepared to participate in an abbreviated group workout immediately following Kick-Off! Small group trainings will begin that week. Please fill out Participant Information Form when registering along with a monthly draft authorization form. Monthly fees must be auto drafted.
