This brand new program was developed to push you harder through an 8 week curriculum consisting of a weekly classroom session followed by an intense group workout designed exclusively for our LEVEL UP participants. Classes include topics such as the importance of exercise variation and cross-training for performance, meal prep, basic nutrition, human anatomy and physiology, the mind-body connection and behind the scenes tips.
