All Include:
A private party room for 45 minutes & 1 hour of activity. A party contract is required. Confirmed parties must be reserved with a $25 non-refundable deposit ($75 non-refundable deposit for Gold party). Balance must be paid in full 1 week prior to your party.

Bronze Party:
Up to eight children Member* $100/General Public $130

Silver Party
Up to sixteen children Member* $150/General Public $190
Including Reservation Fee

*The birthday child must be a member to receive the member rate.

Gold Party
Includes cake, ice cream, fruit punch, T-shirt for the birthday VIP, goodie bags, cups, and plates and postcard invitations.

Gymnastics Party

(in our gymnastics gym): Experience a variety of movement in a fun obstacle course including our specially shaped mats, rope, ring and other activities. Parachute activity or group games at the end of your gym time. Ages 3 & older (toddler parties available). Call Juanita at 793-3878

Dance Party

(in our dance studio): Learn to dance to your favorites like the Funky Chicken, Electric Slide, Macarena, The Twist, The Hokey Pokey & more! Call Juanita at 793-3878

Swim Party:

Come celebrate your special day in our pool! One-third of the pool will be available for up to 15 children. Please call Kim Schaff to set up your date, or for more information. Ages 6-16.
DAYS: Saturday or Sunday 2-4 or 4-6pm

Sports Party:

For ages 4-13, You pick the activity to be played in half of our gym (Soccer, Floor hockey, basketball, lacrosse)

Fitness Party:

Age appropriate games, full body movement set to music, stretching, toning, cardio & gross motor activities. Call Cate at 793-3878

Lock-Ins

A Lock-In is an overnight held at the Glens Falls Family YMCA facility for groups such as, after-prom parties, scout troops, church groups and youth organizations. We offer Lock-Ins on most Friday and Saturday nights during the school year from 10:30pm-5:00am.

A certificate of liability insurance must be provided.
A 1:10 chaperone to participant ratio must be kept in all areas of the building.
Pool time can be adjusted to suit your group’s needs. (With notice.)
A YMCA security staff member will be in the facility throughout your event.
A mandatory orientation will be conducted when all participants have arrived.

To Reserve a Date:

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to reserve a date.
Your date will not be held until the deposit is received.

Payment & Group Size:

Up to 30 participants - $225 (plus deposit)

Groups of 31-150 - $8 per/participant (plus deposit)

A maximum of 150 participants is allowed.
